      非遠區，有升降機，包送貨上門，免運費。偏遠地區如西貢、赤柱等，需加送貨附加費，詳情請參閱運送安排。 

      有樓梯搬運附加費嗎？

      有的，若送貨地址沒有升降機，送貨司機將收取預計費用$150/每件每層，實際收費會視乎實際情況有所調整。客人亦可選擇地面交收，自行搬運。

      舊傢俬可以幫忙搬走嗎？

      可以的，送貨司機將收取棄置附加費，預計費用$150-350/每件，實際收費會視乎情況有所調整。

      傢俬有保養嗎？

      確認訂單後不設退換，本店出售所有商品簽收後三日内有問題可跟進，收貨後建議客人先拍下商品外包裝及傢俬相片以保障客人權益，超出72小時反饋會視為收貨後個人原因導致破損。

      收貨日期可以約嗎？

      可以＋$50 指定日子送貨，送貨日為逢星期一至六，早上九時至下午六時，出貨前會先電話或WhatsApp通知客人收貨，指定日子需預計約 7-10 個工作天後。
